3K Realty specializes in the purchase, renovation, and sale of real estate. It was formed by 3K Members Lawrence, Peter, and Adam Kraft. Lawrence (Larry) Kraft has over 40 years of financial and entrepreneurial experience working as an accountant, business owner, and the CFO and COO of one of New Jersey’s preeminent law firms. Larry’s son, Peter Kraft, a Certified Public Accountant, has spent the last 10 years working in Hedge Fund accounting, and most notably played a pivotal role in the initial public offering of Och Ziff Capital Management. Larry’s other son, Adam Kraft, has mounted a successful track record in telecommunication sales and business development for one of the largest telecommunication firms in the state.
All told, 3K’s five Members bring a combined expertise and experience of over 100 years in real estate, project analysis, construction, design and renovation, property management, finance, investment, asset disposition, accounting, business management , sales, marketing and social media. This diverse and complementary expertise, along with working access to a team of outside trusted professionals, enables 3K to provide its end users with high quality, value added living space— and provide its investors with attractive returns.
